Updated re:converge. Actually nagkagulo kami dun sa free upgrade from Bayan, they installed it but then someone f'ed up the paperwork and the line was showing up as cancelled when I call up CS. To clear things up, I just signed up to get a new line completely na sakin na nakapangalan (the old one was under my parent's name)
