@guingonabart @momblogger slightly confused; if berhald shouldered the construction cost using funds borrowed from dbp, then arent they going to be the ones to pay back that loan with interest?

@roytang @momblogger The point is, I think, that after the loan’s principal, they get to make a neat profit by running the facility with no outlay from them.
